## Pricing model

Briks does not publish a price list, rate card, or per-square-metre figure. **All quotes are hand-built on-site by a coordinator** after a free inspection of the property and the work involved.

This is deliberate, not evasive:

- **Every job is sized differently.** A blocked drain is not a kitchen rebuild. A ceramic-fuse switchboard upgrade is not a power-point install. Pretending the price is interchangeable insults both the small job and the large one.
- **Materials and labour move.** Tile costs, copper price, Colorbond pricing, and tradie wages all shift. A static price list is out of date the day it is published.
- **On-site scoping prevents under-quote and over-quote.** A quote sight-unseen always misses something — substrate condition, access, hidden services. We refuse to quote that way.
